I received a reply to my e-mail to HipForums support, sent by Skip himself... subject line: "Ban lifted! :) "

Here's what he wrote:

Your ban has been lifted. It appears to have been inappropriate
(from what I can see, it shouldn't have been a permaban).
So welcome back! :0)

BTW, anyone is welcome to ask to have a ban reviewed.

Hmm, seems like he now has gotten all warm and fuzzy... or I just caught him in a good mood. He sounded quite different back in April, when he accused me of not understanding what free speech was about... funny, really.
