A happy moments collection...

Well, the second half of this week was a nice one, with the help of good and healing energy received from above and below - bathing in the light of the full moon as well as feeling Mother Earth Herself beneath my bare soles... thus energized, stepping into "the machine" or, to quote the movie title, that has become the pop culture technical term for the artificial world of living, "the Matrix" of office work felt easy and time just flied by.

Before and after work, I was able to capture nice moments, too, like gazing down at wild flowers and wild fruits growing by the wayside, feeling sun-warmed pavement as well as cool and dew-wet soil and grass with my bare feet, looking up at fluffy white clouds lining the blue sky in the early mornning and also (on Friday) rewarding myself with a yummy treat while still at work.

It seemed to be modesty day at the office on Friday... while I was wearing a t-shirt with a big-bellied laughing buddha on it, reading "I have the body of a god!", a female colleague wore a t-shirt, reading "just perfect!". :-)

Happy moments are the ingredients of living a happy life... here are several of mine:

Happiness feels like the ground beneath my bare soles...

Clouds in the morning sky... "They're so FLUFFY!" :-)

A perfect mix: morning sun on and cool, dew-wet grass under my bare feet... it's refreshing as well as relaxing, powering me up with good and healthy Mother Earth energy, just before entering the office.

In German, this is called a "Schwarzwaldbecher" - an ice cream cup, made after the recipe of the famous Black Forest cake, with vanilla and chocolate ice cream, cherries (of course), cherry and chocolate sauce, whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry on top! - A nice way to grant myself some yumminess on a Friday afternoon at the office.

Good morning, Daisy. :-)

Dogrose fruit... actually, quite yummy, tasting sweet-sour and full of vitamin C - just don't get in touch with the seeds inside... they can cause itch reactions on the skin.

Make sure not to miss any happy moment out there.

Moonlight Morning Nuddhism (continued)...

Gazing at the moon at dawn...

"Milk of moon fell on the weeds...". 61F, mild air, slight wind, my nude body bathed in the full moon's light during my morning Nuddhism

This is how I shared today's morning nuddhism experience on Twitter... the mood was special, really, with dawn arriving in the east, while the moon was in the south-western sky, bathing my body in her cool radiance.

The only thing being better than gathering energy before work in this way would be to be part of a full moon ritual, dancing up the powers from Mother Earth with our bare feet, channeling in up through our naked bodies and then release them out into the moonlit sky, while feeling a fire's light and heat on our skin.

What a witchy thing to desire, huh?

(...)

Echte Hexengelüste, was?

Celebrating Full Moon morning Nuddhism...

Full moon, reaching its peak at 5.28 am CEDT (3.28 am UTC)...

This morning, Mother Nature took the place of my alarm clock, waking me up with the loud rushing of a rain shower pouring down, washing the air...

Since it was quite warm overnight, temperatures still registered at 22°C/72F in the early morning, and so my nuddhist morning exercise, celebrated again with feeling a balmy breeze on my nude body, while sipping strong coffee, inhaling deeply, was a celebration of Mother Nature touching me tenderly.

As the rain clouds receded, I was able to see the full moon glimpsing through remaining wisps of clouds and haze, just as it was about to set behind the trees surrounding my back yard. I was elated, being able to continue my experience of basking in her light, as I did the night before.

Truly, my plan of gathering energy by means of the full moon has worked out very well. And smiling, I also send out good vibes to all the beautiful beings dwelling in my heart, sharing my love, compassion and some positive healing energy with them.

Merry Lammas to you - celebrated the Nuddhist way

Right between the summer solstice and fall equinox, Lammas is celebrated as the first harvest festival, reaping the first fruit of late summer...

While gazing at the full moon, as she fights her way through clouds, I'm sipping quince wine, basking skyclad in her radiance, inhaling the balmy evening air... a mix of Nuddhism and Goddess worship. I feel energized and blessed.

Exiting the Matrix... for today, at least.

The recurring monthly extra number-crunching is over...

Every month, on the first work day, I have to draw reports, juggle with numbers and figures and do the accounting to get the invoices for our monthly services out to our client. This means, playing with virtual money in amounts around a quarter-million Euros every month... that sums up to three million Euros income for our company per year, going through my hands... I surely feel like Alice in Matrixland on such days.

In order to relax and gather some energy before that day, I made sure to do my usual morning Nuddhism with strong coffee inside and mild air carressing my skin on the outside. After having to get dressed and travelling to the office barefoot (partly by bus, partly on foot), I made sure to ground myself and gather a little energy by having cool Earth and dew-wet grass touching my soles, while enjoying the light of the warm morning sun in my face...

Now, at home, I have shed my clothing, once again enjoying my Nuddhist freedom. After having a little dinner, I will walk barefoot to my favourite park nearby, where I will gather some more energy as described in the previous post...

Sunset and moonrise Nuddhist meditation, starting tonight, 8 pm

I feel like I need some extra spiritual energy with what has been poured onto me by the world and with all the things happening recently... furthermore: I will need some positive energy to keep the balance between the hard-fact and numbers world and my spiritual self (first day of the month means doing the monthly accounting in the office today...).

Since full moon is almost here (actually, it will be here tomorrow at 5.28 am - which is after the moon has set), and forecasts for this evening tell me of a slightly cloudy sky, I will go out in the evening, watching the moon rise after 8 pm and do a sunset moonrise Nuddhist meditation, gathering some positive and healthy Mother Earth energy to keep within me as well as sending it out to the people who are in need of it.

Spot the Error, Part IV

This picture was taken at the Rio+20 summit, June 2012, where indigenous people took part to protest against the Belo Monte Dam...

Can you spot what's wrong here? "Civilization" seems to have lost the ability to return a smile in kind and reacts with suspicion - no wonder, since it's smiling, compassionate and naturally-living human beings endangering the profit and money these uniformed forces protect, merely being pawns on the capitalist chessboard.

The sad thing is, that it won't take long, before events start imitating the fictional plot of James Cameron's "Avatar" (which is, unfortunately, very much based on the "civilized" rule books of protecting profits rather than humanity)...
